How we choose hospitals for medical tourism in India

We do not list a hospital because it is large or well advertised. We list it because it meets a checklist, and we remove it when it stops meeting it.

Our checklist

  • Accreditation from a recognised body such as NABH or JCI
  • Doctors registered with the relevant medical council, with credentials we can see
  • An international patient department that answers questions in English
  • Willingness to give a written, itemised estimate
  • A clear policy on complications, extra days and refunds
  • Discharge summaries and records that patients can take home

What we ask doctors

We encourage you to ask the same questions yourself.

  • How many cases like mine have you treated?
  • What are the risks for my case?
  • What happens if I need extra days or a second procedure?
  • Who will look after me when you are not on duty?
  • How will you share my results with my doctor at home?

Our partner list

We share the hospitals and surgeons relevant to your case with your quote, so that you see only the options that match your treatment. Ask us for details about any of them.

Send us your reports and get a written plan

Tell us about your case. We reply with next steps and a written estimate once a hospital has reviewed your records.
