We share your records with a hospital or doctor only with your consent, and only for your case. We share your name and travel details with providers such as hotels and drivers only to the extent needed to serve you.

We do not sell your information. We keep your records for as long as we need them to look after your case and to meet legal duties, then we delete or anonymise them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us using the details on the contact page.

Shiva Medical Tourism is a facilitator. We arrange services such as hospital appointments, visa letters, transport and accommodation. We are not a hospital or a medical practice.

Medical care is provided by the treating hospital and its doctors under their own terms. We do not give medical advice, and nothing on this website replaces advice from your doctor.

Estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared. Final charges depend on your clinical needs and the hospital's billing. Outcomes and timelines are not guaranteed.

Our service fee and refund terms are stated on your written estimate. Hospital refund terms are set by the hospital, and we will point you to them before you pay a deposit.
